PCSO Lotto Prizes For Major Draws Get Bigger With Consolation Sets at Million

Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office has increased the lotto prizes for the jackpot and consolation prizes of the major lotto draws on February 01.

The Philippine charitable agency PCSO has increased the minimum jackpot prizes and the consolation prizes  for 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 major lotto draws following the increased of the ticket costs from Php 20.00 to Php 25.00  effective February 01.

For the Php 20.00 ticket cost before, the consolation prizes were around Php 500.00 to Php 2,000.00 for 4 numbers matched, and around Php 25,000.00 to Php 250,000.00 for 5 numbers matched.

Today with the new ticket cost of Php 25.00, the consolation prizes for 4 and 5 winning numbers were increased at Php 1,000,000.00 to Php 1.500,000.00, but will be divided equally anong the number of winners.

Consolation Prizes starting February 01:

4 out of 6 numbers prizes  Php 1,000,000 for 6/42, Php 1,100,000.00 for 6/45, Php 1,200,000.00 for 6/49, Php 1,300,000 for 6/49, 1,400,000 for 6/58.

5 out of 6 numbers prizes: Php 1,100,000 for 6/42, Php 1,200,000.00 for 6/45, Php 1,300,000.00 for 6/49, Php 1,400,000 for 6/49, 1,500,000 for 6/58.

The prize for the 3 out 6 numbers will be at Php 20.00, Php 30, Php 60.00, Php 60.00 and Php 100.00 for 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 respectively.

For hitting the 6 out of 6 numbers, the minimum prizes before were Php 6 million for 6/42, Php 9 million for 6/45, Php 16 million for 6/49, Php  30 million for 6/55, Php 50 million for 6/58. Starting February 01, minimum jackpot prizes were set bigger:

Lotton 6/42 – Php 10 million

Mega Lotto 6/45 -Php 15 million

Super Lotto 6/49 – Php 25 million

Grand Lotto 6/55 -Php 45 million

Ultra Lotto 6/58 -Php 75 million

The jackpot prizes will continue to go up until one lotto player hits the jackpot winning numbers.

This recent move from PCSO was to make every draw rewarding to every player PCSO Gen. manager Mel Robles said, as every ticket purchased is a contribution to nation’s charitable organization

With the new prizes implemented, every lotto hopeful today have the better chances of winning even without needing to hit the jackpot prizes, since there are bigger consolation prizes.

For major draws, 6/42 is played on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 6/49 is on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. 6/45 is on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6/55 is on Monday, Wednesday and Satirday, and 6/58 is on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
